We want to assure you that shipping your kitten is a safe and stress-free process. Your kitten will be transported on America, United, or Continental Airline’s Pet-Safe program, departing from the airport closest to us to your nearest airport. During the journey, your kitten will travel in a climate-controlled cabin area specifically designed for pets, inside an airline-approved carrier.

To ensure a smooth experience, you will receive all the necessary information in advance, including the flight number, arrival time, and a reference number that identifies your kitten. We handle all the arrangements, and you can pick up your kitten at the airport, just as you would pick up a person. You will need the reference/air bill number provided to you.

Shipping is completely safe for the kitten, and you can expect to receive your furry friend within 5-6 hours on the same day, depending on your location. Rest assured, kittens traveling by plane are as safe as any passenger. With over 5 years of experience in shipping cats, we strive to ensure their comfort, and our new owners often report that their kittens arrived happy and stress-free.

We choose to ship our kittens via airlines because it is the fastest and safest method, particularly for long-distance or interstate journeys. Our kittens are transported in airline-approved plastic pet kennels that we customize based on the kitten’s weight and the duration of the journey. They travel in a specialized climate-controlled and pressurized compartment, separate from passenger luggage, ensuring their well-being.

Our shipping crates are clearly marked with colorful “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers. We label them with the destination airport, confirmation number, and customer’s phone and address. Prior to shipping, we acclimate the kittens to the crate by playing with them inside it, so they become familiar and comfortable. The crates are equipped with ample food and water to ensure their needs are met during delivery. This provision is especially important in the rare event that a kitten experiences a delay due to connecting flight issues. Our priority is to minimize transit time and schedule direct flights whenever possible.

We closely monitor weather conditions at the receiving end and only proceed with shipping when we are confident it is safe for the kitten. The well-being of our kittens is our top priority, and we will not ship if we feel weather conditions pose a risk. While your kitten may take a few days to adjust to its new home, most owners report that they settle in quickly, often stepping out of the shipping crate and feeling right at home.

Nanny Shipping

For an added level of care and convenience, we also offer Nanny Shipping services. A reliable Airline Nanny will personally accompany your kitten during the flight and deliver them directly into your arms. This method ensures the utmost safety, reliability, and minimizes stress for your new kitten. The Nanny will provide the attention and care your kitten needs throughout the journey.
